The bureaucracy of the EPA is frustrating. Six months ago I went to the EPA at the old quarantine station for a movement advice for my reptiles only to be told I was at the wrong EPA office and should proceed to the Marlow St office. Today I went to the Marlow St office for a movement advice only to be told that I was at the wrong EPA office and should proceed to the old quarantine state. With this sort of bureaucracy its no wonder people move animals without notifying the EPA.
